Description

Objectives

This course will teach you the basic techniques, processes and strategies to develop Psychological Flexibility with ACT methodology and mindfulness.
The ACT approach was developed mainly within the ACBS (Association for Contextual and Behavioral Science) and is characterized by the development of a construct called Psychological Flexibility.

Psychological Flexibility education occurs through the practice of 6 fundamental psychological processes visually placed at the top of a hexagon (Exaflex): Perspective Self (Self as context), Defusion, Acceptance, Present Moment, Values, and Committed action.  A further contribution has supplemented the ACT Matrix model (Polk & Schoendorff, 2014).

This course is particularly suitable for people who intend to develop a specific competence in managing chaotic situations through Psychological Flexibility.
This path is indicated in private life and at work.

The course puts immediately in practice the processes that contribute to Psychological Flexibility. Nonetheless, a theoretical contribution is provided that allows us to understand what is done within a specific psychological model of a cognitive-behavioural nature.
