Team Coaching integrates a finely balanced combination of individual coaching, Action Methods. This training will provide you with theoretical and practical tools and interventions that you can use to evaluate, develop and align your team (in presence or remote) to the organization.

This course is for those who want to be directed towards the practice of coaching and want to acquire the necessary skills to practice it, even online. Furthermore, the course is for those who wish to orient themselves in this complex context, avoiding significant investments in paths which, once completed, could prove to be useless or based on old methodologies and techniques lacking scientific research.
